It's nice to have a break.
In the past few months, my classmates and I have gone through some seriously intense work. Projects to finish, multiple AP tests to study for, SAT tests on top of that. But in retrospective, that's fine. While it may be insufferably drab to have to study and learn while the first rays of the spring sun break through the nearby forest canopy, at least we can now appreciate the latter. This may have been said time and time again, but without the bad, you wouldn't be able to make out the good. And I can attest to at least that much - the newly arrived summer here in Vilnius is amazing.
It's the weather I love. The randomness and unpredictability breaks away from the typical routine of school (which, even after all the toil and sweat, we still have to attend). It gives you something to hold on to, a chance to look forward to the free afternoon. One minute it is sunny and bright, with a soft, cool breeze. The next, cloud cover shrouds the world in a shade. And not a minute later, thunder rolls across the heavens, and water begins pouring, racing out from above.
Last evening, I got home completely drenched. My sweater is still damp this very minute. I love it.

Back from Heaven
So, I'm back from a long nice week in Crete. Words alone cannot describe the awesomeness that the location is, even more so when compared to dreary, grey, depressing Lithuania. So as soon as I get my pictures collected and arranged, I'll post some shots from paradise.
Until then, got to get used once more to sub-zero degree temperatures during the middle of spring. Hoorah~
Fresh Start
Hey to all~
I'm sorry, I realize that I haven't posted anything in a while, except for a photograph here or there. I've been rather busy, and probably will continue to be so until the foreseeable future. I've had all sorts of fun things - tests, poetry readings, projects, SATs...
Anyway, enough with the excuses - I'm glad to say that I've currently posted 50 deviations and already have over 200 page views~ That means I managed to double the view count in under a month (it was ca. 100 on New Year's)! Let's keep it rolling ~
I'm going to post some Flash ActionScript projects in the upcoming few days. Some of them are relatively old, some fre
...and a Happy New Year!
So finally, 2009 has come to a close.
A lot has passed; for one, I'm actively back at dA! ^^
I think a grand 100% of all my deviations have been posted this month; true, I'd found some work I've done previously, but it has been a busy month nonetheless.
So what better way to start off a new year than doing so with 100 page views! Hurrah, I've reached this (minuscule, yes, I know T_T) threshold just today, and hopefully, it'll only grow.
Anyway, I'd better get back to celebrating New Year's Eve with my family. So I will just call it that and wish all of you (heh, the one or two who'll actually read this) a great new year, full of new accom
Merry Christmas!
Yes, it's here.
That time of the year.
Christmas time.
Merry Christmas to all! ^^
I hope you got plenty of presents ;]
